Location: Cwmbran, Wales | Salary: 23,500 per annum

What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving Customer Satisfaction: You'll be the face of customer service, addressing queries, issuing updates, and ensuring our customers get the service they deserve.
- Managing Orders & Procurement: You'll handle purchase orders, ensuring the procurement of goods and services goes seamlessly. With your attention to detail, you'll keep our pricing up-to-date and ensure all resources are readily available.
- Collaborating for Success: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and tackle challenges head-on.
- Keeping Everything on Track: You'll monitor and report on supplier KPIs, calculate credits for failures, and ensure we meet contract terms. You'll also be a key player in scheduling service calls and coordinating maintenance visits.
- Providing Hands-On Support: You'll be there when we needed you most-whether it's assisting with customer queries, providing on-site support, or helping out the Service Delivery teams when they need an extra hand.
What is needed:
- A customer service background, with process management and administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- An organised, proactive problem-solver who thrives on multitasking and staying on top of things.
- Intermediate Excel skills and a keen attention to detail.
