- First point of contact for the team, manage the HR inbox and support any queries.
- Working alongside Systems and Payroll.
- Support the team with ER administration.
- Provide written offers of employment, alongside supporting new starter introduction by liaising with the training team.
- Supporting changes to contracts for all employees and processing leavers.
- Responsible for all onboarding checks, such as references, right to work and qualifications.
- Support both internal and external audit queries.
- CIPD Level 3
- Experience working in HR Administration.
- Knowledge of UK Employment Law.
- Strong IT skills.
- Strong communication skills.
