HR CoordinatorOur valued client, based in Cwmbran is seeking a driven, committed, and experienced HR Coordinator to join their team for 3 months. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties, onboarding, and updating the system.This position requires a detail-oriented, and organised individual who is looking for a role that will allow them to develop their skills and knowledge further within Human Resources and is looking for that next big step. This position comes with a salary of up to £28,000, and hybrid working. Our client is looking for someone who can start immediately.Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for the team, manage the HR inbox and support any queries.
  • Working alongside Systems and Payroll.
  • Support the team with ER administration.
  • Provide written offers of employment, alongside supporting new starter introduction by liaising with the training team.
  • Supporting changes to contracts for all employees and processing leavers.
  • Responsible for all onboarding checks, such as references, right to work and qualifications.
  • Support both internal and external audit queries.
Key Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3
  • Experience working in HR Administration.
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Law.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
