* Sampling, measuring, and verifying that manufactured products meet pre-determined quality standards.
* Maintenance of relevant Quality and product specifications as needs arise.
* Perform in quality function to maximise and sustain continual improvement in standards by ensuring:
- The most effective use of resources is made in the support of production processes.
- Rapid communication of issues is made to the relevant management level.
- That pertinent quality data is kept in a meaningful way and made easily accessible.
- That all relevant quality processes are under continuous scrutiny for efficiency and quality improvements.
- That information and documentation is available as required to meet customer delivery requirements.
* Carry out monthly internal audits in line with the internal auditing schedule.
* Ensure the requirements of our IMS system are always maintained.
* Assist the Quality / Production Manager during customer & regulatory audits.
