Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a social housing scheme. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key project from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards, adherence to timelines, and budgetary control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the social housing project, from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, building standards, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and report to senior management on project milestones.
- Promote a collaborative and positive working environment among project teams and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with a focus on social housing schemes.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Familiarity with contract management and project management tools.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field.

Salary or rate will be experience dependent, this role does have a freelance option, however permanent is the preferance.
