Working with a variety of public & private sector clients, contracts vary from small works reactive maintenance up to 2 million in value. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with experience in Fit out/Refurbishment/Reactive maintenance projects. This opportunity suits someone who likes to be in a fast-paced environment with a variety of projects to work on.

The Role:
*Office based Cwmbran, with occasional site visits
*Work a variety of fit out/refurbishment/reactive maintenance projects
*Estimating, take offs, bill of quantities, scheduling, CVRs

The Person:
*Experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally having worked on fit out/refurbishment/reactive maintenance projects
*Can do attitude & team player
*Live within a commutable distance from Cwmbran
*Full & Clean Driving license
