Your new companyWe are looking to recruiting personable, flexible and motivated tenancy support workers to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our residents. You will be involved in the personal care and meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of service users with varying degrees of mental and physical issues. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. It is also important that you work well in a team as you will work alongside qualified nurses and staff from other professions. Your new role Working closely with the residents to manage their needs. This will involve liaising with other agencies to help the people you support keep their place within the property through supporting their finances and promoting their independence. You will be completing activities to promote and build self-esteem. Typical shifts will be 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday, and 9am - 4:30 on Friday.

What you'll need to succeed You will need at least 6 months experience in a similar role within the last 2 years, desirable experience in the mental health field, dealing with drug and alcohol abuse, helping people with housing and their benefits. You will also need knowledge of risk assessments, identifying needs, and knowledge of the Housing Support Outcome Grants Framework.
