TristoneNash are pleased to be supporting our housing client in South Wales to appoint a Development Manager to assist with delivering their ambitious new build development programme across the region.

The Development Manager will be responsible for managing schemes from concept to feasibility, full viability, funding, planning, tender process and ensuring schemes are delivered to site in line with the organisation’s development strategy.

Additional duties will be:

To work with the Head of Development in bringing potential new schemes forward, including; due diligence, scheme design, viability and feasibility testing.

To assist the land and new business manager and land and new business officer as required to enable decisions on acquiring land, buildings, packages etc.

To work with cost consultants and manage the viability assessment of schemes throughout all stages of the development process through to the point of entering into build contract and on site delivery until handover.

This is an exciting pre contract focussed Development Management role to help provide much needed and quality homes within the associations community and the chance towork on some iconic mix used projects including open market sale.
