Finance Assistant

We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis - 8 weeks. As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team with various accounting tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.

You must be available to start immediately.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Finance Assistant will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Processing invoices and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash.
• Providing support during audits and month-end closing processes.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Finance Assistant, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

• Proven industry experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
