Tezlom, a leading recruitment agency established in 2008, are recruiting for Health Visitor in Dagenham
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families.
- All health visiting duties including Safeguarding duties, liaison with agencies and attendance at meetings.
- Supporting safeguarding,
- Attending Child Protection conferences, core groups, early help and mentoring, home visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus
Skills:
- Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN), Qualification and registered nurse qualification
- Qualified Home Visitor experience with the use of Rio using the templates,
- good communication and able to support changes.
