NEOS Engineering are currently working with one of the UK’s largest plant companies who are looking for a Field Service Engineer, they specialize in mid to heavy plant all across the areas surrounding East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Engineer who has experience working on construction machinery but wants more overtime and responsibility.

The ideal Field Service Engineer is a candidate who has 5 years experience carrying out service, maintenance and repair of all types of construction plant machinery. The candidate will be confident working alone and be able to think on their feet!

The day to day role of the Field Service Engineer is travelling across East London and surrounding areas for your employer attending machines that they have out on hire. The day to day role can vary from routine services to breakdowns, your role is to get the customers machine back up and running as quickly as possible!

The company is a well known & well respected brand within the industry, this is a brilliant opportunity for a plant fitter wanting autonomy!

The Role:

  • Service, Maintenance & Repair of Heavy Plant Machinery at customer sites
  • Mechanical & Electrical repairs – diesel engines, hydraulic systems, diagnostics.

The Candidate:

  • Experience working on construction plant
  • Eager to receive overtime & progression
  • NVQ Level 2/3 on Construction or Agricultural Plant Maintenance or time served engineers
  • Full Driving License.
