Quality Engineer
Our Dagenham based client is urgently seeking an experienced quality engineer to join their existing team at their modern facility.
The company is a specialist manufacturer who supplies and produces various products for the automotive industry. They are looking for a quality engineer to join their team on a long-term contract -9 months, with an option for a longer term contract or permanent work.
Your Role:
* Quality Engineer role - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hrs pw, days only
* Flexi time working (core hours-9am to 3.30pm)
* Follow and review SOP's with a focus on continuous improvement
* Working to ISO 9001:14001 standards
* Support production & quality control staff.
* Provide training to all staff as required.
Experience You Will Have:
* Experience as a quality engineer (essential)
* Knowledge and experience within a manufacturing / engineering environment (essential). Preferrably mechanical or hydraulics biased.
* Be commutable to Dagenham
* Verification and validation process experience, including use of specialist tools & techniques.
* Trained internal & external Auditor (preferred)
