Overview:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor to join a thriving estate agency in Dagenham and achieve high earnings.
Main Duties:
Join this flagship estate agency branch in Dagenham and capitalize on a consistent flow of new mortgage leads. This high-performing branch generates over 15 new mortgage appointments per week, providing a solid foundation for your success.
As an experienced Mortgage Broker, you will have full access to the existing client database, enabling you to offer valuable remortgage services and expand your client portfolio. The Dagenham office alone boasts a database of over 5000 existing clients, deals with properties up to £450k, with an average property value of £3500k and over 45 properties sold per month.
Based on this consistent stream of new leads and access to the existing client base, you can expect to see between 15-18 new mortgage appointments per week, enabling you to write 4-5 new mortgage cases consistently.
Key Skills:
As the sole Mortgage Broker within the Dagenham branch, you will require an in-depth understanding of the mortgage market, including various products and protection services. A CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Previous experience in contacting existing clients and offering remortgage services would be a significant advantage for this role.
