WPRG have an exciting opportunity for class 2 drivers to on an ongoing basis in Dagenham Essex.
Our client deliver fruit, vegetables, meat and dairy to businesses around England. As a driver working from the Dagenham depot, you will be delivering these goods to various businesses around the south east of England in a class 2 vehicle. You will be responsible for the safe and prompt delivery of the products and be expected to do so in a professional manor.
Your HGV class 2 role involves:
- Average of 20 drops per shift
- Drivers mate on night shifts only
- Pallet delivery
- Refrigerated trailer
- Manual pump truck / some manual deliveries
- Minimum 9 hours pay per shift
Pay Rates (PAYE):
Weekdays: £18.45ph / £20.45 including holiday / 6th shift paid at £22.81ph / £25.56 including holiday
- You must fulfil the following for this HGV Class 2 position:
- Hold a Valid UK Driving Licence
- Hold a Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Hold a Valid CPC Card
- At least 6 months on your licence and some commercial driving experience
- Maximum 6 points for minor offences only
- You must be able to physically load and unload the vehicle if needed
- Full paid training given
Weekly Hours:
- Starts between 03:00am and 04:00am and 19:30pm onwards
- This is an ADHOC role between 1 6 days available per week
