Salary: £32,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 1800-0600

We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Machine Enclosing Operative to oversee the operation of enclosing machinery during the night shift at our Dagenham facility. You will be responsible for setting up and running the machines to ensure that production targets are met and that all output is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain enclosing machines.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate and efficient mailing outputs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues during production runs.
• Ensure production deadlines are met while adhering to quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with enclosing machines is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to meeting production goals.
• Strong organizational skills and mechanical aptitude.
