Resident Liaison OfficerBased in Dagenham Permanent role £28-35K per annum

As our RLO, you'll visit each resident prior to work commencing, introducing the company, and communicating the scope of works.

You'll assess where high risk / vulnerable residents are present and ensure the Site Manager tailors works according to the risk level and ensure that any safe working practices are adhered to.

You'll carry out property condition surveys, floor protection and appliance surveys with photographs with the resident before works start in the home and establish the individual's requirements, by carrying out an initial resident profile, documenting any points discussed and tailoring individual plans accordingly.

You'll also be responsible for booking appointments and sending letters to confirm the works and surveys booked in.

Candidates will have excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment. We'd like you to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. Experience of working as a Resident Liaison Office is essential and EasyBOP experience is desirable.

A full driving licence and the willingness to travel is a must.

This is a full time, onsite role and there is no flexible working available.
