- Ensuring requests for information, delivery discrepancies and claims are dealt with
- Goods receipt processing, liaising with suppliers re any identified discrepancies
- Generate and proof check Goods received reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams
- Resolving delivery discrepancies and issuing customer credits and returns and dealing with any customer or driver complaints & queries
- Deal with any driver or vehicle claims procedures
- Communication with internal and external contacts regarding supply, credit and deliveries etc.
- Experience working in a customer service led & administrative role.
- Ability to be organised to prioritise workload
