What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Management:
- Be the main point of contact for your assigned clients, translating their needs into actionable plans.
- Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and maintain client satisfaction.
Project Coordination:
- Oversee lithographic and digital print projects from concept to delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams like prepress, production, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Account Management:
- Identify and act on opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Take charge of forecasting, invoicing, and Purchase Order management, ensuring best practices.
Quality Control:
- Maintain the highest standards, ensuring all materials meet both client expectations and company benchmarks.
- Resolve issues promptly to keep clients happy and projects on track.
Operational Efficiency:
- Manage production workflows efficiently, balancing resources and meeting deadlines.
- Support compliance with environmental and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in lithographic and digital print account management.
- Strong knowledge of print manufacturing processes, including prepress, production, and finishing.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and print management tools.
