We are seeking a highly motivated Finishing Operative for the day shift at our Dagenham site. In this role, you will be responsible for the final stage of the print production process, ensuring that printed materials are finished to the highest standard. You will work with a variety of finishing equipment, such as guillotines, binders, laminators, and other specialized machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate finishing machinery such as guillotines, binders, and laminators.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Set up machines according to job specifications and perform routine maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of jobs.
  • Troubleshoot any machine issues or faults and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with safety regulations.

Requirements:
