The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Mortgage Broker, preferably with Estate Agency experience. This is a full-time, office-based role.

Salary & Benefits Package

  • Base Salary package -  £25,000 - £40,000
  • OTE £50,000 - £100,000
  • Uncapped Commission, generous structure (15% - 50% of banked income)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services
  • Deliver the highest standard of customer advice and care
  • Convert booked appointments into successful business outcomes
  • Follow up on missed opportunities and maintain ongoing customer contact
  • Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
