Role Overview:
  • Assist with identifying students in need of behavioural support.
  • Conduct one-to-one mentoring sessions with identified pupils.
  • Develop strategies to help students manage their behaviour.
  • Draw up and implement action plans for individual students.
  • Work closely with SENCos and monitor pupil progress and behaviour.
  • Organise lunchtime activities for pupils displaying challenging behaviour.
  • Support liaison with families to improve student outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
  • 1:1 or 2:1 Degree from a Leading UK University.
  • Previous experience working with SEN children preferred.
  • Strong passion for helping children manage and improve their behaviour.
