Pay: £90-£100 per day
- Assist with identifying students in need of behavioural support.
- Conduct one-to-one mentoring sessions with identified pupils.
- Develop strategies to help students manage their behaviour.
- Draw up and implement action plans for individual students.
- Work closely with SENCos and monitor pupil progress and behaviour.
- Organise lunchtime activities for pupils displaying challenging behaviour.
- Support liaison with families to improve student outcomes.
- 1:1 or 2:1 Degree from a Leading UK University.
- Previous experience working with SEN children preferred.
- Strong passion for helping children manage and improve their behaviour.
