Role:

Covering lessons across a range of core subjects in a secondary school setting
Ensuring students maintain focus and continue their understanding of the curriculum
Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive classroom environment
Adapting teaching approaches to meet the varying needs of students
Working closely with teachers to ensure smooth transitions between lessons

Requirements:

2:1 degree or higher from a top 20 UK University in a core subject
Experience working in a school setting (e.g. academic mentor, teaching assistant, etc.)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Patience, resilience, and a passion for supporting students' learning
