Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

Providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families.
All health visiting duties including Safeguarding duties, liaison with agencies and attendance at meetings.
Supporting safeguarding,
Attending Child Protection conferences, core groups, early help and mentoring, home visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus

Skills:

Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN), Qualification and registered nurse qualification
Qualified Home Visitor experience with the use of Rio using the templates,
good communication and able to support changes.
