HR Coordinator 

  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Rate: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Support: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners, including reference checks, issuing offer letters and contracts, and ensuring compliance with Right to Work and, where required, DBS checks. Maintain regular communication with new employees, addressing queries and providing relevant materials.
  • HR Queries & System Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries, escalating to the appropriate specialist service provider when necessary. Provide initial support for HR systems to employees.
  • Inductions & IT Setup: Organize and support induction processes in collaboration with client departments. Coordinate IT setup, including ordering laptops and ensuring logins are created. Monitor completion of corporate inductions and mandatory training courses.
  • Payroll & Leaver Process: Assist with payroll administration and oversee the offboarding process, including revoking IT access for departing employees.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange meetings, interviews, and other HR-related events.
  • Performance & Development: Oversee the performance review process, coordinate learning and development plans, and manage training initiatives, including compliance training (e.g., Data Protection).
  • Employee Benefits & Wellbeing: Serve as the point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, administer and track employee health, welfare, and other benefit plans.
  • Agency Management: Assist in procuring, managing, and coordinating agency relationships, serving as the liaison between the company and external agencies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential:
    • Previous experience in an HR role
    • Familiarity with HR software and systems
    • Strong Microsoft experiecne
