My client is looking for a Handyman to join their team, the role will be varied and will be focusing on general maintenance. They are a fast growing, company so for the right person there will be lots of progression and development opportunities.Duties:• Minor repair works• Small painting works• Carry out emergency lighting flick• Provide site supervision for visiting contractors and engineers• Keep detailed records of onsite activities• Work closely with the security and cleaning company on day-to-day service and supplies• Assist Senior FM with all day to day activities in relation, but not limited to, maintenance, production, H&S, PPM• Notify contractors for reactive callouts for areas within our responsibility.• Keep detailed diary/records of onsite activities and update the clients on progress• Co-ordinate any out of hours work required in relation to building maintenance and providers that we have engaged• Perform other duties as requested by the Senior Facilities Manager and/or other company management
