A large all-through school in Havering with a dedicated Speech and Language ARP is seeking talented Education Graduates to join their team and help create a positive learning environment for students with a range of needs.

Education Graduate Responsibilities:
  • Work 1:1 and with small groups (up to 5 students), supporting their academic and personal development.
  • Lead subject-specific interventions, boosting engagement and progress.
  • Assist children both inside and outside the classroom, providing tailored support for SEN students, primarily those with autism.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and other professionals to create an inclusive and structured learning environment.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to support student engagement and growth.
Essential Requirements:
  • A 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Education from a leading UK university.
  • Experience working with children (preferred).
  • Confidence in managing behaviour and working with SEND students.
  • A positive and supportive attitude towards helping students achieve their potential.
