We are seeking a qualified IT Lecturer to join our client's team, delivering high-quality teaching in Computer Science from Level 1 to Level 5. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer science education and demonstrate a passion for motivating and engaging learners.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Computer Science across various levels (Level 1 – Level 5).
- Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that reflect the curriculum and cater to the needs of all students.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, assessments, and progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum and teaching resources.
- Manage classroom environments, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.
- A teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.
- Degree in Computer Science.
- Proficient in programming languages including Python, C++, Java, and HTML.
- Strong understanding of Computer Networking.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in Computer Science.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students.
