We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team leaders  to join their team and drive their manufacturing processes to new heights.Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader include:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of operatives, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high quality standards and promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Cost Efficiency: Identify and address performance-related issues, optimise processes, and manage resources effectively to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • ILM Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a team in an assembly automotive setting.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry.
