They are rapidly expanding their plant in the Dagenham area and are looking for skilled Paint Sprayers.  Whether you're from the automotive / repair / garage / aerospace or rail industry and have experience with Spraying to a high standard, you may be a great fit.Paint SprayersImmediate startPermanent opportunity£40,000 - £41,000 + 15% shift upliftOur client who operates in the automotive industry and seeking Paint Sprayers on either a permanent or contract basis.Paint SprayerResponsibilities•    Using HVLP equipment, and low bake ovens•    Application of wet on wet to a high standard•    Understanding the importance of a uniformed finish of base coats•    Identifying issues with over or under prepared parts•    To produce parts to the highest standard meeting all conformity requirements•    To complete any process documentation as is required in line with the build instructions •    Take responsibility for the quality of product produced within your area through management of and compliance with quality systems.•    Improve and maintain high levels of Quality on all output from Production to the final end Customer.Experience required.•    2-3 years’ experience within a body shop / automotive or aerospace manufacturing environment•    Experience working to high standards ensuring high quality products are the end result•    Experience using HVLP equipmentThere are also permanent opportunities available.
