Special Vehicle Process/Build Senior Engineer - £29.52/hr rising to £35.65/hr after 12 weeks - 15 month initial contract

What You Will Do:

  • Develop manufacturing processes for vehicle modifications, including body, paint, and electrical systems.
  • Oversee facility installations to deliver high-quality vehicle modifications.
  • Achieve process metrics such as JPH, CPU, HPU, and FTT targets for added content.
  • Identify process improvements and train the operating team on implementation.
  • Develop and review cost-saving possibilities, providing technical justifications for projects.
  • Implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
