What You Will Do:
- Develop manufacturing processes for vehicle modifications, including body, paint, and electrical systems.
- Oversee facility installations to deliver high-quality vehicle modifications.
- Achieve process metrics such as JPH, CPU, HPU, and FTT targets for added content.
- Identify process improvements and train the operating team on implementation.
- Develop and review cost-saving possibilities, providing technical justifications for projects.
- Implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven Vehicle Operations experience.
- Technical knowledge of processing special vehicles builds.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- An Engineering Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent.
