- Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure students are following lesson plans and remaining on task.
- Maintain good behaviour and a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to the school on student progress and any issues during the lesson.
- A strong interest in working in education.
- Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to work.
- An Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if necessary).
