Pump Division Manager required for our client, an Essex-based contractor that offers a wide array of services within the pumps industry, specialising in the service, maintenance, and replacement of pumps within the sewage, wastewater, and building services industry.
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced individual within the pumps and wastewater industry to join their service team as their Pump Division Manager, managing engineers and liaising directly with clients.
The majority of the clients that the company work with are blue-chip companies such as facilities maintenance providers that maintain commercial properties including office blocks, tourist attractions, and high-end restaurants/hotels.
Pump Division Manager Position Responsibilities
- Manage all works within the pumps division from the initial surveys/quotes, through to completion
- Directly managing a team of pump engineers and sub-contractors carrying out service and maintenance works across London and the Home Counties
- Winning business for the company and being the point of contact for existing clients
- Managing the schedule of works for engineers
Pump Division Manager Position Requirements
- Strong background within the pumps and building services sector, with a focus on facilities maintenance
- Demonstrable evidence of managing client expectations, supervising engineers, and quoting for works
- Based within a commutable distance of Rainham, Essex
- Full UK driving licence
- Hands-on technical background within the pumps industry desirable
Pump Division Manager Position Remuneration
- Salary 60,000 (guide only - negotiable depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm
- Company vehicle provided
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays (rising with tenure)
