- Cost Efficiency: Identify and address performance-related issues, optimise processes, and manage resources effectively to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- ILM Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrable experience managing a team in an assembly automotive setting.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
