Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a great organisation with multiple sites across the UK. This particular opportunity is based within the Dagenham area, my client are looking for a Studio Receptionist to join their studios within this area. This person will have previous experience of working as a Receptionist, strong communication skills and good administrative skills. The successful candidate will be fully site based. Working hours - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pmFully site based Some of the duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors clients and staff
  • Signing visitors in and out as required
  • Providing a high level of service to visitors within the studios
  • Keeping the front of house clean and tidy
  • Handling incoming calls, transferring as necessary
  • Providing a great front of house experience for all visitors
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Building great working relationships across the business

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist
  • Strong communication skills on all levels
  • Good organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Great administration skills
  • Happy to be fully based on site
  • Commutable distance to the Dagenham area
