Be the go-to expert- Manage and nurture relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored print solutions.

Lead projects- Oversee project delivery from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Strategic planning- Develop client account plans, providing valuable insights to optimize their print and communication strategies.
Problem-solving pro- Act as a key escalation point, resolving challenges efficiently while keeping clients engaged and satisfied.
Collaborate & innovate- Work withsales, marketing, and production teamsto deliver outstanding solutions and service.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales within the print, data, or production environment.
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
