Key Responsibilities:As a Teacher of English, you will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to students across KS3 and KS4. A strong understanding of the UK GCSE curriculum is essential.

In Year 10, students study a Shakespeare play, a Dickens novella, a modern tragedy, and an anthology of poems. By the end of Year 10, the literature course is completed, allowing a focus on English language in Year 11. Literature remains a priority throughout Year 11, with lessons revising key quotations, context, and knowledge. Students are taught effective revision techniques, including the use of cue cards, ensuring they can independently prepare for exams.
