1:1 Learning Support Assistant responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to an SEN student in the classroom and throughout the school day.
Encourage the student's progress and attainment, working closely with the SEN team.
Support the student’s engagement and participation in lessons.
Assist with behaviour management and help implement personalised learning plans.

Essential Requirements:

1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university.
Previous experience working with SEN children preferred.
Enthusiastic, confident, and proactive approach to learning support.

Contract Details:

Full-time, term-time only.
Pay: £90-£100 per day.
Immediate start.
