A Secondary School in Barking & Dagenham is seeking a dedicated SEMH Support Assistant to provide crucial 1:1 and small group support for students.

SEMH Support Assistant Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:

  • Confident and proactive when managing challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with families, school teams, and third parties.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic school environments.
