Full-time, term-time only position
Supporting SEN students 1:1 and in small groups, specialising in speech and language
Promoting progress and attainment within the classroom
Collaborating with the SEN team to develop personalised learning strategies
Assisting with behaviour management across the school

Essential Requirements:

1:1 or 2:1 degree in Speech and Language or related subject from a leading UK university
Previous child-based experience, ideally within SEN settings
Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in working with students with SEN
Strong behaviour management skills and ability to work with a range of learners
