Speech and Language Graduate Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support, working with up to 5 students
Deliver interventions tailored to Speech and Language needs
Work closely with professionals to support children with SEN both in and out of the classroom
Collaborate with the class teacher to encourage progress and engagement
Manage behaviour confidently and supportively

Essential Requirements:

1:1 or 2:1 Speech and Language Degree from a leading UK university
Previous experience working with children, preferably with speech and language needs
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Confidence working in a structured and dynamic school setting
