We are seeking a qualified Beauty Lecturer to join our educational team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in teaching beauty courses in Further Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students, preparing them for successful careers in the beauty industry.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in beauty courses, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials based on the curriculum and industry standards.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and practical demonstrations.
- Provide guidance and support to students, helping them achieve their learning objectives.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Perform administrative duties related to teaching, including maintaining student records, preparing reports, and attending faculty meetings.
- Must be a qualified teacher with one of the following: PGCE, QTS, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching beauty in Further Education.
- Hold a Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Qualification.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Desirable: Experience working in a Further Education College or educational establishment.
