We are seeking a qualified Electrical Lecturer to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has a strong background in electrical engineering. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in electrical courses, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Prepare and update course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Engage with students to facilitate learning, providing support and guidance to enhance their academic and professional development.
- Manage classroom environments, maintaining discipline and ensuring that all students have equal opportunities to succeed.
- Perform administrative duties related to teaching, including maintaining student records, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and participate in continuous professional development activities.
- Must be a qualified teacher with one of the following: PGCE, QTS, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.
- Proficient in Electrical Level 2 and Level 3.
- Must have the 18th Edition and 2391 qualifications.
- Experience working in a Further Education (FE) College setting is desirable.
- Experience working in an educational establishment is advantageous.
