Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise for a variety of tooling issues, primarily focusing on pneumatic and DC motor tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver bespoke project assemblies, customer reworks, and ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Deliver technical training to customers as required, enhancing their understanding of our clients products and solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry competitors, their products, and market strategies to support our clients competitive edge.
Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:
  • Solid background in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair tooling issues, particularly in drilling units, with an understanding of the aerospace sector being highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering presentations and training sessions to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with computers and enthusiastic about engaging with customers and internal teams to promote innovative solutions.
