Location: Edinburgh
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
First Task Professional are delighted to be working with a busy contractor to recruit for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the early stages of a new build residential development in Edinburgh. Starting on 3rd of February and running for 4-6 weeks.
Key Requirements:
- Civil Engineering Background/Groundworks experience – Strong preference for candidates with experience in groundwork and early-stage construction as you will be overseeing the site start and managing the groundworks contractor.
- SMSTS Certification
- CSCS Card
- First Aid Qualification – 3 day certification required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, Project Manager, and site labour.
- Oversee groundwork and ensure works are being carried out in line with scope and above all safely!
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
