Our promise to you- Competitive salary- 25 days’ annual leave (full-time working) plus Bank Holidays- Pension scheme- Life insurance- Discretionary bonus scheme- On the job training and progression- Recognition scheme- Refer a friend- Flexible benefits including high street savings, cycle to work scheme and Gymflex membership, holiday purchase and many more- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme and the Best Doctors Service via our Wellbeing PlatformWhat will you be doing?- Troubleshooting and routine, scheduled and major repair and preventative maintenance on all site mechanical, pressure and lifting systems- Assisting in the co-ordination and planning of maintenance activities- Assisting in identifying, developing and delivering maintenance techniques and procedures- Testing and calibrating mechanical systems and field equipment- Managing all work associated with departmental activities on site- Providing close technical support to Operations and other site teams- Supporting outage planning, scheduling, co-ordination, and managementWhat we’re looking for- Comprehensive experience in the preventative maintenance and defect repair / interrogation on process related mechanical equipment- Full understanding of P&IDs and mechanical drawings and the ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and isometric diagrams- City and Guilds/NVQ level 3 in a Mechanical Engineering discipline (qualifications below this level may be acceptable if accompanied by suitable experience)About UsWe are FCC Environment, one of the nation’s leading waste and resource management companies.
