We will support you to do this by offering outstanding training and we are continuously improving to ensure all our Autism Practitioners are supported and have the skills to deliver a quality service. This post is a good opportunity for those with generic support worker experience to specialise. Our Edinburgh & Lothian services deliver support to autistic individuals from a variety of service models.Our Services:- ARC - Day opportunities supporting individuals with autism to gain new skills and interests in a safe and thriving environment- Outreach - Supporting autistic individuals within their home and in the community to access local amenities and resources- Housing Support - To support individuals to maintain their own tenancy and to provide care at home as required- Adult Residential - To provide a home to supported individuals within a group setting while promoting life skillsAs part of your role, you will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends and evenings, so flexibility towards working hours is key.
