Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricating and plating marine components and structures
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
- Collaborating with other team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order
Job Requirements:
- Experience in marine or offshore/oil & gas/offshore sectors
- Fabrication skills and the ability to work from technical drawings
- NVQ/SVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications from an apprenticeship
- Full SC Clearance , proof of which will be required
- Understanding of and compliance with safety standards and protocols
Contract length - 6 -9 months
Rate - 35.65/h Umb co or 21.72/h PAYE plus 3.27/h holiday pay
