Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Apprentice to join our clients Safety Health & Environment team, working within a global manufacturing company based in North Ayrshire.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to start a career within a prestigious manufacturing client. This role will involve a mixture of on-the-job learning and academic study, the successful candidate will undertake a vocational qualification along side a HNC course in Administration.

Learning and tasks will include:

  • Production of daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Managing electronically the diary commitments of the departmental staff
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries, directing enquiries to the appropriate individual or department
  • Supporting audits and meetings with visitors
  • Create and maintain databases and filing systems
  • Booking and administrative tasks associated with SHE Training system
  • Input data into SAP and other systems as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and using own initiative
