Shift Patterns/ Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM / Thursday to Friday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Contract Length: 9 Months

Location: Dalry

What you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.
  • Check invoices and timesheets for approval.
  • Track departmental orders and spending in SAP.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Input and manage data in SAP and other systems.
  • Update budget spreadsheets and issue reports.
  • Support management in meetings and reporting.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain records per site procedures

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Facilitating PDR Meetings.
  • Financial activities (budgeting, cost calculations, estimations, etc).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • People management skills.
  • Ability to use various software applications (e.g. SAP & Microsoft 365 apps, etc).
  • Good team worker.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in people management with well-developed soft skills.
